Our team of qualifications and assessments experts will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering the new suite of GCSE qualifications. We will adopt a co-construct approach to qualification development, and are committed to engaging with stakeholders from across Wales and beyond.
91µÎµÎ Wales has provided us with which prescribe the content and assessments for each subject; and we are now working closely with them throughout the process to ensure the new qualifications meet their regulatory requirements.
Welsh Government, 91µÎµÎ Wales (QW) and WJEC, all have distinct roles and responsibilities within the development of qualifications in Wales.
