Under Section 19(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, 91µÎµÎ is required to adopt and maintain a publication scheme setting out the classes of information we hold, the format in which we intend to publish the information, and whether or not a charge will be made for the information.

WJEC has formally adopted the , which sets out the seven classes of information which should be published by public bodies.

The tables below set out the seven classes of information and the available information that WJEC publishes in each class, where to find the information and how to obtain it.

There is no charge for information published on our website. If you require paper copies of information, please contact us.

The publication scheme will be maintained and updated on a regular basis by WJEC CBAC Limited.

If you wish to make a request for information that is not available via our publication scheme, you may submit a freedom of information request in writing to the address below. Please note that we may be unable to provide some information if it is protected by the Data Protection Act 2018 or an exemption under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, or as an exception under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, and documents may be redacted accordingly.
